INGREDIENTS

– 2 frozen bananas

– 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

– 1 tablespoon whole roasted peanuts

– 20g plant-based protein powder (brown rice, hemp or pea)

– 1 tablespoon coconut oil

– ½ teaspoon sea salt

 

METHOD

Blend all the ingredients together using a top loading blender or food processor, adding a splash of cold water as you blend. Mix using your blender plunger until a thick and creamy consistency forms, leaving the roasted peanuts slightly crushed for some extra crunch.

Pour into a bowl and top with a big drizzle of runny peanut butter, banana slices, cacao nibs, an extra pinch of sea salt, and anything else that adds a delicious crunch!
