– 50ml coconut milk
– 100g frozen pineapple
– 2 frozen bananas
– Squeeze of half a lime
– 20g plant protein (pea, brown rice or hemp)
(rum is optional for the adults)
Blend all the ingredients together using a top loading blender or food processor (you may need to add a small splash of water). Mix using your blender plunger until a thick, smooth and creamy consistency forms.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings – we love a sprinkle of bee pollen, cacao nibs, raw almonds, crunchy pistachios and coconut chips!
